Why Choose Us

Manufacturing discipline buyers can build supply plans around

01

Customized Production

Bags engineered around your material, filling method and transport mode — not off-the-shelf compromises. Fabric weight, liner, top and bottom openings, and lifting loops are each specified for your product and locked before production.

02

Flexible Production

Responsive production lines that scale to your order volume and deliver on your lead time. From a first trial batch to full container loads, the same line handles the range and holds your schedule as the reference.

03

Quality Control

Documented testing and inspection at every stage, from raw material to finished bag. Fabric weight is checked on arrival, sewing is reviewed during assembly, and each finished bag is inspected before packing.

04

Export Experience

Export-ready packaging and documentation for buyers across continents. Every shipment is arranged with the packing, marking and paperwork your destination requires, so customs and receiving go smoothly.

Quality Control

Quality is checked through the process — not added at the end

Every order is produced against a confirmed specification. Incoming material, fabric, sewing and finished-bag details are reviewed at defined control points before the shipment is released.

  • Incoming material and fabric-weight verification
  • Dimensions, coating and liner configuration checks
  • Sewing and lifting-area inspection during assembly
  • Finished-bag sampling and load-related testing
  • Final packing, marking and shipment review

How We Work With You

A clear route from requirement to repeat supply

Technical questions are resolved before production begins, and every milestone stays visible through sampling, manufacturing, inspection and shipping.

  1. 01

    Understand Material

We start by learning what you pack — the material, its bulk density and particle size, and how it is loaded and discharged. These properties shape the first draft: fabric strength, liner requirement, and bag construction all follow from the product you move.

  2. 02

    Define Requirements

Together we set the working load, bag dimensions, fabric weight, and construction details such as top and bottom openings, lifting loops, and any liner. Every point is recorded so the bag is engineered for your exact handling line, not a generic stock size.

  3. 03

    Confirm Specification

Before production begins, the specification is agreed and locked in writing — dimension drawing, fabric type, SWL, and all options. This becomes the single reference for the order, so both sides work from the same page.

  4. 04

    Production & Quality Review

Production follows the confirmed specification, with quality checks at key stages: incoming fabric weight, sewing during assembly, and final inspection before packing. Every bag must meet the agreed standard before it leaves the line.

  5. 05

    Export Delivery

We prepare the export documentation and arrange delivery from our factory to your port, with packing and marking matched to your transport plan. One handoff from order to arrival, so you can plan the receiving side with confidence.
